The Connection between Manpower Development, Business Process Performance and Business Intelligence Maturity in Nigeria

This study examines the connection between manpower development, business process performance and intelligence maturity in Nigeria. A large-scale survey was used to gather data on progressive decline ability of cope with challenges that accompany unfolding new dispensation industry. random sampling technique employed selecting a total 900 respondents from Nigerian population. 150 senior managers each were selected Lagos State, Oyo Osun Ogun Ondo State Ekiti State. The statistical methods frequency counts, pie charts, bar simple percentages analyze demographic characteristics respondents, while linear regression analysis determine impact development performance. Overall, findings indicate plays significant role Based findings, it is recommended firms should provide their employees training manuals containing detailed information about requirements program objectives expected upon completion program.
